Software Engineer
Inera Incorporated, Belmont, MA, USA

Inera Incorporated is a dynamic and growing software company with a global customer base. We are looking for a bright, self-motivated, and energetic software engineer with experience developing web applications and pattern recognition software.

As an important member of Inera’s development team, you will be responsible for development and maintenance on our products (www.edifix.com and www.extyles.com), and will work on new product design and development.

The right individual will welcome the fast-paced environment of a small company with many learning and growth opportunities, will enjoy solving challenging problems, will be well organized and able to juggle multiple priorities, and will welcome the opportunity to exercise their skills to develop new code and extensions to our systems and infrastructure.

Background and Requirements:

  • Experience with XML, Perl, Ruby, Rails, C++, Visual Basic, VBA, XSLT, Windows API-level programming, and Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Knowledge of Python, Omnimark, Amazon Web Services, Apache, VMWare, InstallShield, Linux, and MAC OS is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent and 2+ years of work experience.
  • Position is located in our Belmont, Massachusetts office, accessible by public transit.
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without immigration sponsorship.
