Business Continuity Planning at Inera & Atypon

We understand that this is a time of concern, and we want to reassure our customers that necessary precautionary business continuity measures have been implemented across all Atypon’s offices around the world, including the Inera office in Boston.

These measures include:

• Ongoing monitoring, assessment, and action planning
• Coordinating Atypon and Inera teams for rapid response and continuity plan implementation
• Complying with guidelines from international and local health authorities
• Making sure that all teams can work remotely, in accordance with local government guidelines

Because Atypon is a distributed, global company, we do not anticipate any disruption to business operations. If temporary office closures are required, our staff are prepared and able to work remotely for as long as necessary.

As outlined in our recent email update, eXtyles customers who need to set up eXtyles for remote work should contact the Support team.
